In its nascent stages, the shop primarily offered homemade pickles and murabbas, crafted with love and expertise by Mr. Kathuria himself. As the business gained traction and earned the trust of loyal patrons, Mr. Kathuria’s sons, Jagdish and Diwakar, joined their father in the endeavor, injecting fresh ideas and expanding the shop’s offerings.
